Thanks for taking the time to visit the home of Forrest Media. This website and all its contents are owned and operated by Alexander Forrest (ABN 32 433 014 251), trading as Forrest Media, known as @forrestfov on all socials. By using this site — whether you are browsing, buying, or connecting — you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These may change from time to time, so feel free to check in every now and then.

Welcome

All prices on this site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where required.
We do our best to keep everything accurate and typo-free but if we notice any pricing or listing mistakes that may have effected your order, we will let you know and work with you to sort it out. Prices and availability typically adjust once every 6-12 months to keep up with economic fluctuations.

Pricing

Every handmade Forrest Media piece is actualised by our trusted local and industry leading producer, Fitzgerald Photo Imaging. Once you have placed an order, we all get the process underway with them right away. Unexpected delays are rare but could effect shipping duration, often due to high demand periods such as domestic holidays. We can arrange a custom arrival date only upon request, just notify us at least 44 days prior to the date in mind. Generally allow at least two weeks for production leading up to your order being shipped to its new home.

Ordering & Production

Your order will be packed with care and shipped with Australia Post or a similar courier. As soon as the artwork is on its way, we will send you a tracking number. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a package is returned due to incorrect or incomplete details, a re-delivery fee may apply. Free shipping is only available in Australia. If you are ordering from overseas, you will be charged an international shipping fee. Forrest Media is not liable for any delays or costs related to international customs. Forrest Media is also not liable for damages related to shipping processes.

Shipping & Delivery

Changed your mind and need a refund? As long as an order has not entered production, you can cancel your order - this is usually a 72 hour grace period from placing your order. Just email fscphotography@outlook.com with the order number and reasoning and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Note we may not be able to accomodate you if the order has incurred its materials or labour costs in which a fee of 100% the product cost may apply. If the product you receive is inaccurate, lost or damaged you may be eligible for a full replacement or refund. Email your situation to fscphotography@outlook.com immediately so we can get the assessment process underway. Digital products are non-refundable, nor is shipping cost.

Cancellations & Refunds

All photography, text, and design on this site is the property of Alexander Forrest/Forrest Media and is protected by copyright.
It is not permissible to download, copy, reproduce, or use any of this content for commercial or personal use without expressed written permission from Alexander Forrest/Forrest Media. Photography is often available for re-share, journalism and related purposes pending credit (particularly if shared on social media and therefore considered as public domain/availability) - still, we recommend getting in contact if you intend to use any media from Alexander Forrest so that due credit can be given where appropriate.
If you are an artist intending to use Alex’s artwork for inspirational purposes, such as paintings, drawings, sculptures, tattoos, re-edits, etc. please ensure credit is given there also. Commercial use of Alex’s artwork is not permitted unless explicit permission is given. Direct commercial sale of Forrest Media artworks outside of this store are also not permitted (you can however sell Forrest Media prints if they are second hand or previously owned). In complying with the above, you avoid any potential alternative actions we might take against poor behaviour, and promote a responsible and ethical industry along with us!

Copyright & Usage

We respect and highly value the privacy of our customers. Any personal info you share is used strictly to process your order and communicate with you only.
We do not sell or pass on your details in any malicious way. You are welcome to request access to, update, or delete your information at any time. You can also unsubscribe from any future marketing communication we send you whenever you like.

We may collect and process:
- What you give us directly, like your name, email, address, phone number, or anything else you submit when placing an order, filling out a form, or chatting with us
- What our website collects automatically, like usage data and browsing behaviour (e.g. through cookies or analytics tools).

- Fulfill your order and keep you updated

If you are visiting from overseas, please note that use of this site is not permitted where local laws conflict with any of these terms.
You are agreeing to only use this site in a way that aligns with these terms and all relevant laws. You are also welcome to explore any external links we may include, but the content or accuracy of third-party sites is not guaranteed, nor are they officially endorsed.
We also reserve the right to suspend, restrict or fully terminate the user’s access to the site if there is a violation of these terms, or for any other reason at our discretion.
New conditions specific to certain products or services may appear. If that happens, we will make sure any changes are clearly noted here on the site with the date below — and by continuing to use it, you are agreeing to those too.

We aim to keep the site accurate and secure, but Forrest Media is not liable for any direct or indirect loss caused by your use of this site or unauthorised users of this site.
We also cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that the site will be totally error-free.
